A casual expression of tentative agreement or concession. The speaker acknowledges the possibility without fully committing to agreement. Short form of そうかもしれない.

そうかも is a casual abbreviation of そうかもしれない (that may be the case). It expresses partial or tentative agreement — the speaker finds the idea plausible but is not fully convinced.
