Used with する to mean discussing or making comments about something, often critically. Frequently appears in the pattern ～を云々する.
Usage
In sense 1, 云々 replaces omitted content, like ellipsis in speech. It is often paired with かんぬん in the expression 云々かんぬん for emphasis ("this and that and whatnot").
In sense 2, 云々する means to discuss, comment on, or criticize, often implying the speaker thinks such commentary is unwelcome.
