GRAMMAR:
Godan verb (す ending, conjugates as s-row: 建(た)て直(なお)さない, 建(た)て直(なお)します). Transitive — takes a direct object marked with を.

KANJI NOTE:
Sense 1 (physical rebuilding) uses 建(た)て直(なお)す. Sense 2 (figurative rebuilding) is often written 立(た)て直(なお)す, though the two are sometimes used interchangeably.
