The humble (謙譲語) form of 会う (to meet). Used to lower oneself when speaking about meeting someone of higher status, such as a client, superior, or respected person.
お会いできて嬉しいです。
I'm pleased to meet you.
明日、社長にお会いする予定です。
I'm scheduled to meet the company president tomorrow.
先日お会いしたときに、プロジェクトについてお話を伺いました。

COMMON PATTERNS:

POLITENESS LEVELS:
- 会う — plain, neutral
- お会いする — humble (used about one's own action of meeting someone respected)
