賜物 means a gift or blessing, or a hard-won positive result. It is formal and carries a tone of gratitude. The phrase 〜の賜物 (the fruit of ~) is by far the most common usage.

USAGE:
Nearly always positive; 賜物 would not be used for an unwanted outcome.
