Usage

関取(せきとり) specifically refers to wrestlers in the top two divisions (幕内(まくうち) and 十両(じゅうりょう)). Wrestlers below these ranks are simply called 力士(りきし) (wrestler) or 取的(とりてき) (lower-ranked wrestler).
