The official, gender-neutral term for airline cabin crew in Japanese. Replaced the older terms スチュワーデス (stewardess) and スチュワード (steward).

USAGE:
The standard official term used by airlines, in job postings, and in formal contexts. In casual conversation, the abbreviation CA (シーエー) is more common.
