午後一(ごごいち)

Colloquial abbreviation of 午後(ごご)一番(いちばん) (first thing in the afternoon). Very common in workplace Japanese for scheduling. The 一(いち) here means "first" (as in the first slot), not literally 1 o'clock, though in practice it usually means around 1 PM or 13:00. Follows the same pattern as 朝一(あさいち) (first thing in the morning).
