Ordinal counter attaching to a number plus 年(ねん) to mark the Nth year since something started, such as a job, a marriage, or any ongoing situation.

今年(ことし)で三年目(さんねんめ)だ。

This year is my third year.

入社(にゅうしゃ)五年目(ごねんめ)に昇進(しょうしん)した。

I was promoted in my fifth year at the company.

結婚(けっこん)十年目(じゅうねんめ)の記念(きねん)に、家族(かぞく)で旅行(りょこう)に出(で)かけた。

Combines a counter (年(ねん) years) with the ordinal suffix 目(め) (Nth). The counted year is inclusive: 一年目(いちねんめ) is the first year, not the year after the first.
