Using 年間 as 'annual'

十(じゅう)年間(ねんかん)の経験(けいけん)があります。

年間(ねんかん) emphasizes duration over a period of years. It can also mean 'annual' or 'yearly' when used as a prefix. Compare with 年(ねん) which is used for counting years more generally (三(さん)年(ねん) = three years) or for naming years (2024年(にせんにじゅうよねん) = the year 2024).
