Civil Aeronautics Act; Aviation Act
Japan's primary law governing civil aviation, including regulations on aircraft operation, airspace use, pilot licensing, and more recently, drone (unmanned aerial vehicle) operation. The law was expanded in 2022 to include comprehensive drone regulations.
