Used with negative verbs to emphasize that something is completely absent or does not happen at all.
少(すこ)しも分(わ)からない。
I don't understand at all.

I'm not bothered in the slightest.

少(すこ)しも is always followed by a negative, of a verb or an adjective: 少(すこ)しも分(わ)からない, 少(すこ)しも面白(おもしろ)くない.
