To fail to do something that should be done regularly. Almost always used in the negative form 欠かさない (to never miss/skip).
祖父は毎日散歩を欠かさない。
My grandfather never misses his daily walk.
忙しくても、日課だけは欠かさないようにしている。
Even when I'm busy, I make sure to never skip my daily routine.
毎朝コーヒーを欠かさない。
I never skip my morning coffee.
USAGE: Almost exclusively used in the negative form 欠かさない or 欠かさず (without fail).
TRANSITIVITY: Transitive (他動詞).
