A traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, typically napa cabbage seasoned with chili pepper, garlic, and other spices. Widely eaten in Japan.

From Korean "kimchi" (김치). キムチ is extremely popular in Japan and is a staple side dish and cooking ingredient.

NOTE:
