USAGE:

  • 逆(さか)さまに + verb: in an upside-down/reversed manner
  • 逆(さか)さまの + noun: upside-down ~
  • 逆(さか)さまだ: is upside down

KANJI NOTE:
Also written as 逆様(さかさま). The hiragana form さかさま is also common.

COMMON COLLOCATIONS:
