Kansai dialect expression combining いい (good, fine) and the Kansai sentence-final particle やん (assertive, seeking confirmation). Used to say something is acceptable or to reassure someone that there is no problem. Equivalent to standard いいじゃないか or いいよ.
「これ借りていい？」「いいやん、どうぞ。」
"Can I borrow this?" "Sure, go ahead."
そんな細かいこと気にしなくていいやん。
You don't need to worry about such small things.
遅刻したって、いいやんか。次から気をつければ。
So you were late — it's fine. Just be careful next time.
いいやんか is a slightly more emphatic Kansai variant
