noun, no-adjective
antique; antique-style
furnitureculture
1. antique; period piece; antique-style
An old Western-style object valued for its age and design — furniture, tableware, jewelry, clocks — and, used with の or as a modifier, the look of such things. It is almost never applied to Japanese antiques, which are 骨董(こっとう).
アンティーク時計(とけい)()だ。
I like antique clocks.
This shop deals in antique furniture.
I still carefully use the antique tableware I inherited from my grandmother.

From English "antique." In Japanese it is a noun that modifies with or directly in compounds, so both アンティーク椅子(いす) and アンティーク椅子(いす) are natural.
