登録(とうろく)できない印鑑(いんかん):

  • Mass-produced (100(えん)ショップ type)
  • Rubber stamps
  • Damaged or unclear impressions

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • One person can register only one seal
  • Registration is tied to your 住民票(じゅうみんひょう) address
  • Must re-register when moving to a new municipality
