感情(かんじょう): emotion, feelings; the general word.
風情(ふぜい): tasteful charm of a place or scene. 情緒(じょうちょ) in sense 2 is usually a named flavor (下町, 異国, 日本) that a place evokes.

じょうしょ is the original reading and is still listed in dictionaries, but nearly everyone says じょうちょ.
