Usage

並行(へいこう)して is the て-form of 並行(へいこう)する (to run in parallel). It is used adverbially to describe simultaneous actions. The base noun 並行(へいこう) can also be used as a no-adjective: 並行(へいこう)の作業(さぎょう) (parallel tasks).
