Refers to the day that is three days prior to today. Less commonly used than おととい (day before yesterday), but understood in everyday speech.
一昨昨日(さきおととい)から(ねつ)がある。
I've had a fever since three days ago.
一昨昨日(さきおととい)(とど)いた荷物(にもつ)をまだ()けていない。
I still haven't opened the package that arrived three days ago.
一昨昨日(さきおととい)(よる)友人(ゆうじん)()ったばかりなのに、もう(なつ)かしい。
Even though I just met my friend three nights ago, I already miss them.

USAGE:
Part of the Japanese system of relative day names: おととい (2 days ago) → 一昨昨日(さきおととい) (3 days ago). Less formal and less commonly used than simply saying 三日前(みっかまえ). Mostly used in casual conversation.
