The on'yomi reading of the kanji 乳(にゅう), used almost exclusively in compounds referring to milk products or the mammary glands. The standalone kun'yomi form is ちち.
牛乳(ぎゅうにゅう)を毎日(まいにち)飲(の)んでいる。
I drink milk every day.
母乳(ぼにゅう)で赤(あか)ちゃんを育(そだ)てている。
She is raising the baby on breast milk.
乳製品(にゅうせいひん)にアレルギーがあるので気(き)をつけている。
I'm careful because I have an allergy to dairy products.

Almost never used alone in modern Japanese — appears in compounds. For the standalone Japanese word for 'milk' or 'breast', use ちち (also written 乳(ちち)).
