A Japanese government-led campaign encouraging light summer clothing (no jacket or tie) so that office air conditioning can be set higher to save energy.

Promoted by the Japanese government from 2005 to cut summer cooling energy. Workers dress lightly (no jacket or necktie) so offices can keep air conditioning around 28°C.
