Polite form of 両親(りょうしん) used for the parents of the person you are talking to or of a third party. Your own parents, when you speak to outsiders, are 両親(りょうしん) or 親(おや), without ご.

ご両親(りょうしん)はお元気(げんき)ですか。

ご両親(りょうしん)によろしくお伝(つた)えください。

Please give my regards to your parents.

結婚(けっこん)の前(まえ)に、彼(かれ)は彼女(かのじょ)のご両親(りょうしん)に挨拶(あいさつ)に行(い)った。

The honorific prefix ご turns 両親(りょうしん) (parents) into the polite form for other people's parents. It follows the inside/outside rule of family terms: honorific forms for others' families, plain forms for one's own.
