栓(せん)抜(ぬ)き

A 栓(せん)抜(ぬ)き is specifically for prying off a crimped metal bottle cap (王冠(おうかん)). A corkscrew is a different tool, コルク抜(ぬ)き. The name is literally 'stopper-puller': 栓(せん) (stopper, cap) + 抜(ぬ)き, from 抜(ぬ)く (to pull out).
