A single box of something. Formed by attaching the 一- prefix to the counter 箱 (boxes). The counter 〜箱 is used for tissues, fruit, sweets, cigarettes, and similar boxed items.
ティッシュを一箱ください。
Please give me one box of tissues.
一箱丸ごと食べてしまった。
I ate the whole box.
隣の農家からみかんを一箱いただいた。
We received a box of mandarin oranges from the neighboring farmer.
