An in-car GPS unit that shows a map and gives spoken directions. Short for カーナビゲーション(システム), a Japanese coinage; they are standard equipment in most cars in Japan.

カーナビに住所(じゅうしょ)を入(い)れる。

カーナビのおかげで道(みち)に迷(まよ)わなかった。
