A channel attached to the edge of a roof to collect and drain rainwater away from the building.
雨樋(あまどい)に落(お)ち葉(ば)が詰(つ)まっている。

雨樋(あまどい)を掃除(そうじ)しないと水漏(みずも)れの原因(げんいん)になる。

COMPOSITION: 雨(あま) (rain) + 樋(とい) (gutter, pipe). The 樋(とい) becomes {どい} through rendaku (sequential voicing).
