A rule, often printed on tickets or limited-edition goods, saying the buyer may not sell the item on to someone else, usually to stop scalping.
A compound of 転売 (resale) and 禁止 (prohibition). Extremely common in modern Japan, appearing on tickets, product packaging, and event websites. The issue of scalping (転売屋 — scalper) became prominent enough that Japan enacted a specific anti-scalping law for entertainment tickets in 2019.
