つもり follows the plain form of verbs to express intention: 行くつもり (intend to go), 行かないつもり (intend not to go). Can also express one's belief or self-assessment: Aのつもり (I think/believe I am A). The kanji ()もり exists but hiragana is standard. Compare with 予定(よてい) (scheduled plan).
