'Attend to' meaning

TRANSITIVITY: Both usages exist. Pattern: Xをかまう / Xにかまう (care about X) / かまわない (don't mind).

ASPECT: ている indicates ongoing action. かまっている = 'is attending to' or 'is paying attention to.'
