スタイル is a loanword from English "style" but has developed an additional meaning in Japanese that does not exist in English.

SENSE 1 — STYLE/MANNER:

Refers to a distinctive way of doing something or a personal aesthetic. Often used in compound words.

SENSE 2 — BODY FIGURE:

Refers to a person's body proportions, especially when considered attractive. This meaning is unique to Japanese.

NOTE FOR LEARNERS:
When Japanese speakers say スタイルがいい, they mean "has a nice figure" — not "has good fashion sense." This false-friend usage catches many English speakers off guard.
