A cylindrical sack woven from rice straw, traditionally used to hold and transport rice, charcoal, or potatoes. Also serves as a counter for such bagged goods (一(いち)俵(ぴょう), 二(に)俵(ひょう)).
米(こめ)を俵(たわら)に詰(つ)める。
