Describes saying things straight out with no regard for how they will land. Usually critical of the speaker's tactlessness, though it can be said admiringly of someone brave enough to speak up.

彼女(かのじょ)はずけずけと物(もの)を言(い)う。

She says things very bluntly.

初対面(しょたいめん)なのにずけずけと年齢(ねんれい)を聞(き)かれた。

Even though we had just met, I was bluntly asked my age.

上司(じょうし)にもずけずけと意見(いけん)を言(い)えるところが、彼(かれ)のいいところでもある。
