To mention items one after another.

To list names.
理由(りゆう)(つら)ねて(ことわ)った。
I listed reasons and refused.
(かれ)文句(もんく)(つら)ねるばかりで、自分(じぶん)では(なに)もしない。
He does nothing but string together complaints, and doesn't do anything himself.

(つら)ねる means to arrange things in a sequence or to list items one after another.
