挽(ひ)きたて

A compound of 挽(ひ)く (to grind) and たて (just done, freshly). The たて suffix indicates something has just been completed and is at its freshest. Almost always used as a modifier with の: 挽(ひ)きたての〜. Most commonly associated with coffee, but also used for pepper, spices, and flour.
