The blank space on a form, contract, or delivery slip where the person signs their name. Also used of the signature box in an email or on a web form.

署名欄(しょめいらん)に名前(なまえ)を書(か)く。

To write your name in the signature field.

In the signature field on the last page of the contract, please also fill in the date and your address.

署名(しょめい) (signature) + 欄(らん) (column, field on a form). The suffix 欄(らん) names any labeled blank on a document: 住所(じゅうしょ)欄(らん) (address field), 備考(びこう)欄(らん) (remarks field).

捺印欄(なついんらん): seal field — the space for a personal seal, which many Japanese documents require instead of or alongside a signature
記入欄(きにゅうらん): entry field — any blank to be filled in, not specifically for a name
