A span of eleven days. Which sense is meant is clear from context, and 〜(かん) can be added to force the duration reading.
十一日(じゅういちにち)かかった

The hospital stay was eleven days.
The construction finished in eleven days, earlier than planned.

The date readings are irregular through 十日(とおか) (the tenth), then become regular: 十一日(じゅういちにち), 十二日(じゅうににち), 十三日(じゅうさんにち). Only 十四日(じゅうよっか), 二十日(はつか), and 二十四日(にじゅうよっか) break the pattern again.
