けが refers to physical harm or damage to the body from accidents or external causes.

KANJI:
Can be written as 怪我(けが), but hiragana is common.

COMMON EXPRESSIONS:

COLLOCATIONS:

• 大(おお)けが: serious injury
• 軽(かる)いけが: minor injury
• けが人(にん): injured person
