週間(しゅうかん) counts weeks of duration. Common forms:

  • 一(いっ)週間(しゅうかん) (one week)
  • 二(に)週間(しゅうかん) (two weeks)
  • 三(さん)週間(しゅうかん) (three weeks). Note that 一週間(いっしゅうかん) has a small っ. Compare with 週(しゅう) which refers to 'week' as a unit (e.g., 先週(せんしゅう) = last week).
