お互(たが)い is the everyday form; 互(たが)い without お is more written (互(たが)いの意見(いけん), 互(たが)いに譲(ゆず)らない).
お互(たが)いに is often paired with a verb + 合(あ)う, which already means "each other": お互(たが)いに助(たす)け合(あ)う. The verb alone (助(たす)け合(あ)う) is complete; お互(たが)いに adds emphasis.
