The act of guiding or leading someone, especially helping them learn or navigate something new.
先輩(せんぱい)の手引(てび)きで仕事(しごと)を覚(おぼ)えた。
I learned the job under the guidance of my senior.
内部(ないぶ)の人間(にんげん)が犯人(はんにん)の手引(てび)きをしたらしい。
It seems someone on the inside helped the culprit.
Can also mean to secretly assist someone in wrongdoing.
