〜続(つづ)き = a series of ~, continuous ~

失敗(しっぱい)続(つづ)きで、自信(じしん)をなくしてしまった。

After a series of failures, I lost my confidence.

最近(さいきん)いいこと続(つづ)きで、毎日(まいにち)が楽(たの)しい。

The noun form of 続(つづ)く (to continue). Has two main uses: (1) the continuation or sequel of something, and (2) a suffix meaning a series or succession of things.
