USAGE:

()寿司(ずし) has several varieties based on thickness:

  • 細巻(ほそま)き: thin roll with a single filling (e.g., かっぱ()き for cucumber, 鉄火(てっか)()き for tuna)
  • 裏巻(うらま)き: inside-out roll (rice on outside)
