Usage

Both senses are common. Sense 1 uses the pattern AがBに反映(はんえい)される (A is reflected in B) or AはBを反映(はんえい)している (A reflects B). Sense 2 uses the pattern AをBに反映(はんえい)する/させる (to incorporate A into B).
