An event at which visitors sample drinks — wine, sake, beer, or coffee — usually hosted by a maker, brewery, or shop to introduce products. The food equivalent is 試食会(ししょくかい).

今度(こんど)の週末(しゅうまつ)、酒蔵(さかぐら)で試飲会(しいんかい)が開(ひら)かれる。
