Two nights spent away from home in paid or borrowed accommodation. Japanese counts trips by nights rather than days, so a stay is booked and described in 泊(はく) first and days second.
二泊(にはく)予約(よやく)しました。
I booked two nights.

I'm planning a three-day, two-night trip to Kyoto.
