In arithmetic, 二分(にぶん)の一(いち) is the fraction one half. The pattern is 'denominator + 分(ぶん)の + numerator', so 三分(さんぶん)の二(に) is two thirds.

全体(ぜんたい)の二分(にぶん)の一(いち)だ。

It is one half of the whole.
