This university has produced many excellent talents for the world.

TRANSITIVITY: 他動詞(たどうし) (transitive). No pair verb.

COMPOUND STRUCTURE: 送(おく)る (to send) + 出(だ)す (to put out). The ～出(だ)す suffix adds the meaning of dispatching outward.
