In Osaka shopping streets, you often hear the greeting 'Thank you for your patronage.'
おおきに is Kansai dialect for ありがとう
Usage
毎度 means "every time," but in practice it splits into two quite different uses: a slightly formal adverbial "each time" (usually 毎度の + noun), and a shopkeeper's greeting to a returning customer. The greeting sense is the one learners meet first, on the street and behind counters.

- 毎度すみません: sorry to keep bothering you
- 毎度ありがとうございます: thank you for your continued patronage
- 毎度！: a clipped, cheerful "welcome back!" from a shop or restaurant
Position in sentence
As an adverb 毎度 sits at the front of the clause, before the verb it qualifies. As a greeting it stands alone or leads the phrase, never following it.
Register
The greeting sense is informal and distinctly merchant-flavored, and is especially common in Kansai — 大阪 shopkeepers pair it with おおきに. A customer would not say it to a shop.
